Tuesday's Inbox

Every week we are emailed a heap of tracks from all over the globe.. So instead of having them collect dust in our inbox I thought I'd introduce Tuesday's Inbox. In the past I have posted a heap of tracks which had been sent to us, but now it's going to happen weekly.. So if you have tracks you want to share send them over and I'll post them up. We are all about new music and theres now a better way, I believe, to share.

Since it is the first week I'm doing this there are going to be a heap of tracks.. So first up we have a couple of remixes of Adrian Lux's track Strawberry. The first is by Kocky and Trash, out of Stockholms län, Sweden. Known more as individuals they have teamed up for this remix and have nailed it. Keeping the track instrumentally hot, and keeping the vocals at just the right level..

The second remix of Strawberry is by Oscar Wedrén and slightly different. What good would music be if it was all the same? This track has a slightly longer intro, building the track up nicely, keeping it minimalist until the chorus comes around for the first time, then going off with a bang.

This next artist we have featured before and he has sent over some more tunes. An original and a couple of remixes. First up the original. He is R!M!E! and his track is called Booha and it is mint. It has a real good flow to it and I could only imagine how much it would go off pumping on a good sound system.

As I said, R!M!E! also sent over a couple of remixes, one by Altern8 and the other, which has been around for a little while now, Sinden's Beeper. These three tracks are a perfect example how different one person's creations can be. You have Frequency by Altern8 which has turned a bit upbeat with some awesome synth lines. Then Beeper, which stands out from others I have heard because it is so different, mainly because of what has been done to the lyrics.

Out of São Paulo, Brazil I bring to you Database. These guys remind me of Aeroplane in a way, I think its their influences of 1970's / 80's disco, and of course they are putting out some hot tracks which I cant stop listening to. The melody and rhythm of Must Be Love really gets stuck in your head.. Well mine at least. Check more of what they have to offer here.

Database feat. Midnight Martyn - Burn Me Up! (320)

Here are a couple of older tracks for you with a fresh twist One man from Barcelona, Spain known as CatComplex is that fresh twist for this track, Juliet by Rob Gibb. Strong steady backing beat with synth running over the top this remix gets you dancing. This is another track which I have had on repeat for a while now. Check some more stuff by CatComplex here.

I think after nine tracks now I'm trying to hold myself back from saying the same things over and over about each of these tracks, how awesome they all are and how I really dig these tracks, but that's the truth. So here are the last two.. Justin Faust's remix of Hey You! and Lebatman's remix of Heartbreak City - of course, two more mint tracks..!

The Rock Steady Crew - Hey You (Justin Faust Remix)(320)

The Cars - Heartbeat City (Lebatman Remix)(320)
