Pashin' in the Moshin' Pit

Welcome Big Day Out 2010 Tour and the endless supply of international bands of the summer months. Last night, I was lucky to have tickets to see Love of Diagrams and Passion Pit play to a sold out crowd at The Corner Hotel. Unfortunately for most who attended I feel that most of the performance of both bands went over the heads of those who attended. Love Of Diagrams' songwriting and song structure, which, to be honest I had never paid too much attention too, was extremely impressive. They left me wanting more which means i will endeavor to pay more attention to them in the future.

Waiting for Passion Pit to start wasn't my favorite part of the night, but thankfully when they did grace the stage they didn't disappoint. The set was well planned, and they were careful not to let all of their tricks out of the bag too quickly. For me though, I feel like the set wasn't necessarily good, nor was it bad, it was exactly what I expected.

Enjoy my TOP 5 Passion Pit Remixes:

Passion Pit - The Reeling (Calvin Harris Remix) (320)

Passion Pit - To Kingdom Come (Grum Vocal Mix) (320)

Passion Pit - Better Things (The Phantom Is Drunk Remix) (256)

Passion Pit - Little Secrets (Jack Beats Remix) (192)

Passion Pit - Sleepyhead (Wallpaper. Dio Remix) (192)

I'm not going to tell you what you like, just to . . . well just to question why The White Panda's mashup of T.I. and PP (What You Know About Little Secrets) didn't make it? IMHO it's tops.
